| The Los Banos Chamber of Commerce is governed by a Board of Directors that is elected by the membership. Elections are held annually and normally eight directors are elected each year. Terms of service are three years for each seat. The chamber's board elects the President and other officers annually. To be elgible for board service the candidate must be a member in good standing and have agreed to serve in advance of their nomination. Board members are volunteers and recieve no compensation. The board is also responsible for the hiring of the chamber's staff,currently an Executive Director and Administrative Assistant. | |||
